My items arrived damaged, what should I do now?
We apologise if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the garment with detailed information to [email protected] for consideration. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or
If I am returning an item for a refund, how much will the refund be?
Once your return for a refund is approved, you will receive a refund equal to the purchase price (excluding $10 handling fee) back to your original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are approved. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be reimbursed back to your original method of payment and you will also receive a refund notification email for your reference.
