What is your returns & exchange policy?Updated 4 months ago

We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase from Nomad the Label. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all full-priced items to exchange for another item, receive store credit with no expiry date or receive a refund.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed, stained and/or damaged during the try-on process. All tags and packaging must remain in place. All items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within our returns timeframe.

Once items are received by our returns department, garments will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once approved, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) back to the original payment method. 

Please note that exchange and refund requests are accepted for full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
