We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase from Nomad the Label. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible return options to support you.

Returns for Australia, Canada & New Zealand

The following returns policy applies to customers in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand:

  • Free returns for exchange or store credit (on full-priced and sale items)

  • Refunds are available on full-priced items, with a $10 handling fee

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order

Full-Priced Items

If you’ve purchased a full-priced piece and it’s not quite right, you may choose one of the following return options:

  • Exchange for a different size, colour, or style

  • Store credit (no expiry date)

  • Refund to your original payment method

Return requests for full-priced items must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unstained

  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

We recommend trying items on as soon as they arrive to ensure you’re within the returns window. Once our returns department receives your return, it’ll undergo a quality inspection. After approval:

  • Exchanges will be dispatched

  • A store credit or refund will be processed

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once approved. You’ll receive an email notification when your return is complete.

Please note that a $10 handling fee applies to returns for refund. This fee covers inspection, restocking, and processing, and will be deducted from your refund amount.

No handling fee applies when returning for exchange or store credit.

Sale Items

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items.

  • Sale items are returned for exchange or store credit only

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Refunds are not available on sale items unless deemed faulty

All sale returns must meet the exact condition requirements as full-priced items.

International Returns

International return conditions follow the same general guidelines as domestic returns, with the following exceptions:

  • Returns are accepted for refund or store credit only

  • Exchanges are not available on international orders

Due to technical limitations, we’re unable to offer complimentary return shipping for international orders. Return label fees vary by country and are outlined in the table below.

Returns Process

All returns are managed through our Online Returns Portal.

  1. Enter your order number and email address

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return

  3. Choose your return option: exchange, store credit, or refund

Please note:

  • Sale items can only be returned for exchange or store credit

  • Refunds on full-priced items will incur a $10 handling fee

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, scrunchies (hair accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

We apologise if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the garment, along with detailed information, to [email protected] for consideration. We’ll meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, including a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on available inventory. We offer a 30-day faulty claim period for all our garments. Please note that this excludes general wear and tear.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed during the try-on process. All tags and packaging must remain in place. All items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within our returns timeframe.

We’ll only refund shipping charges if your items are deemed faulty. Exchanges will be resent at the customer’s cost. Nomad the Label is not liable for loss of garments returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and noting your tracking number.
