We process all orders between 9am - 5pm AEST Monday - Friday. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Your shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout and will be viewed by you prior to payment. All orders are provided a tracking number.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All customers are responsible for customs/import duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. Nomad the Label is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require it.
Nomad the Label will not provide refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If the duties are not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
