By registering for our Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to participate in our program. The &quot;Effective Date&quot; of these Terms is the date you are approved as an Affiliate.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="1-program-overview">1. Program Overview</h2><p dir="ltr">As a Nomad the Label Affiliate, you will promote our sustainable, comfortable women&apos;s fashion through a unique affiliate link and discount codes. You will earn a commission for any sales generated through the link and/or codes, subject to the terms below.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="2-changes-to-the-terms">2. Changes to the Terms</h2><p dir="ltr">Nomad the Label reserves the right to change or modify these terms or any policies at any time. We will provide 30 days&#x2019; notice of significant changes. Changes will become effective immediately upon notification. Your continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="3-affiliate-responsibilities">3. Affiliate Responsibilities</h2><p dir="ltr">To maintain your status as a Nomad the Label Affiliate, you agree to:</p><ul><li><p>Promote our products through ethical marketing practices.</p></li><li><p>Share your unique affiliate link with your audience.</p></li><li><p>Refrain from engaging in prohibited content or violating any local, national, or international laws.</p></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="4-affiliate-requirements">4. Affiliate Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Affiliates must be located in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.</p></li><li><p>You should operate in niches such as fashion, travel, wellness, lifestyle, or health.</p></li><li><p>You are required to follow Nomad the Label on at least one social media platform and share content featuring our products.</p></li><li><p>Failure to meet these requirements may result in termination or suspension from the program.</p></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="5-commission-and-payment">5. Commission and Payment</h2><ul><li><p>You will earn a 10% commission on any sale generated through your unique affiliate link and/or discount codes. This percentage may increase based on performance.</p></li><li><p>Commissions will be based on the total amount of each purchase, including taxes and shipping fees.</p></li><li><p>Your affiliate link will include a 30-day cookie period, meaning you will earn commission on any sales made within 30 days of the user clicking your link, provided it was the last click before the purchase.</p></li><li><p>You will not earn commission on your personal purchases or when a personal discount code is used.</p></li><li><p>Commission will only be credited for orders that are successfully delivered to the customer. Any orders that are cancelled before dispatch will not be eligible for commission and will not be calculated towards your earnings.</p></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="6-promotional-guidelines">6. Promotional Guidelines</h2><p dir="ltr">You agree to promote Nomad the Label products in line with our brand values. This includes:</p><ul><li><p>Following ethical marketing practices.</p></li><li><p>Only using approved social media platforms for promotion (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube).</p></li><li><p>Avoiding prohibited content, including but not limited to content that is offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or violates laws.</p></li><li><p>Posting on coupon websites, such as CouponBirds and Honey, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such sites will be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.</p></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="7-prohibited-activities">7. Prohibited Activities</h2><p dir="ltr">You must not:</p><ul><li><p>Post content that contains offensive language, promotes illegal activities or harms the reputation of Nomad the Label.</p></li><li><p>Mislead customers or provide false information about our products.</p></li><li><p>Engage in any activity that may harm the image of Nomad the Label or our community.</p></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="8-confidentiality">8. Confidentiality</h2><p dir="ltr">From time to time, you may receive confidential information from Nomad the Label. You agree to keep all confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="9-intellectual-property">9. Intellectual Property</h2><p dir="ltr">Nomad the Label retains ownership of all trademarks, logos, and content provided to you. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you grant us the right to use any content you create (including images, videos, or social media posts) that is associated with Nomad the Label for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="10-relationship">10. Relationship</h2><p dir="ltr">You are an independent Affiliate and not an employee of Nomad the Label. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not establish any employment relationship or exclusivity requirement.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="11-termination">11. Termination</h2><p dir="ltr">Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your affiliate account and will not receive any commissions for sales generated after termination.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="12-governing-law">12. Governing Law</h2><p dir="ltr">These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="13-commission-credit">13. Commission Credit</h2><p dir="ltr">To earn commission on a sale, the purchase must be made through your unique affiliate link and/or discount codes,&#xA0;and it must be the last link the user clicked before completing the purchase. The tracking cookie is valid for 30 days.</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="14-payment-method">14. Payment Method</h2><p dir="ltr">All commission payments will be made through Tremendous at the end of each calendar month. You are responsible for ensuring your bank account is set up and active to receive payments.&#xA0;</p><h2 dir="ltr" id="15-entire-agreement">15.
